For about a year Joe & Snapper had been working on renovations of the 815 Water St. property which is located in the heart of downtown Hillsboro. At the same time, Joe had been perfecting his first home brew. As the renovations progressed so did the beer recipe. October 2012, Joe told Snapper "I think I got it! I think this is the one."
