A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at booking to reserve a room. This will be charged to your credit card.The remainder of your bill will be charged to your credit card seven days prior to your stay.

You authorize AppleHouse Hotel LLC to debit the credit card on file for any damages incurred during your stay or additional cleaning services pertaining to your stay.

Guests must be over twenty-one (21) years of age to make a reservation.

You will receive a confirmation number for your reservations via email. Please note: Your reservations are not guaranteed until you receive this confirmation number.


Check-in time is between 3:00 pm & 9:00 pm. If you plan to arrive earlier than 3:00 pm or later than 9:00 pm, please call 608-629-5900 and we will be happy to make special arrangements.

Check-out time ends at 10.30 am. Late checkouts may result in a late fee, which may include up to a one night’s room charge. We offer a late check out option. If you expect to check out after 10:30 am, please make sure you select that when booking your room.


One day prior to your arrival, the AppleHouse Hotel will email you the door code to your room. On the first day of your reservation, we will also send you a text welcoming you to the hotel. This text will include the door code to your room as well.

We do not operate a 24-hour check-in desk. You will check in from your room.

When you arrive at the hotel, go to your room and scan the QR code or enter the website details posted on the sign in your room. Then follow the onscreen details to check in.

If you do not have a smart phone please call the office at 608-629-5900 when you arrive so we can check you in manually.


Room charges are not refundable after payment and we do not offer refunds for early check-outs.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel without at least seven (7) days notice, please understand this will result in a charge equal to each night’s minimum room rate, plus tax, unless we are able to re-rent the room.

Cancellations for the WHOLE HOTEL, FIRST FLOOR, OR SECOND FLOOR RENTALS will be billed the full amount if not notified eight (8) weeks prior to arrival.

No shows will be billed the full amount of your stay.


We wish you and your guests to feel at home at AppleHouse Hotel. Please understand however, no furnishings or property on the premises may be moved, removed, or relocated unless express permission from the Innkeeper is granted. Doing so will incur an automatic charge to the credit card on file for the value of said item to replace the item(s).

For security purposes, all of your visitors must be registered with the Hotel upon their arrival. A maximum number of two (2) visitors per room are permitted on the premises.

We reserve the right to enter your room and make repairs in case of an emergency.

Thank you for leaving your room in the good condition in which you found it. Any damage caused by you to the AppleHouse Hotel in or outside of your room, including but not limited to carpet stains, soiled furnishings, broken windows, or appliances will result in a charge to the credit card on file for the damage(s) and/or additional cleaning.

Pets are allowed ONLY in the following rooms: PINK LADY, ASHMEADS KERNEL Rooms.
There is an extra charge of 25.00 per pet per night.
Pets must be registered with the hotel when making your reservation. Pets will not be accepted on ARRIVAL if you have not made arrangements when making the reservation!
In order to book a reservation for your pet, please select the ADD My Four Legged Friend and select the same number of days as your stay.
Pets kept in rooms that have not been registered during reservations will be charged $250.00 per pet per room. Pets must not be left in the room when you are not in the room.
If you plan on bringing your pet with you to the hotel, you must sign a separate pet policy.


For the health of our guests, smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the AppleHouse Hotel.

Guests who smoke cigarettes, pipe, vape pens, or marijuana in their rooms or any other interior space of the hotel will be assessed a deep-cleaning fee (minimum charge of $250). The burning of candles or incense in guest rooms is also prohibited. Guests who violate this policy may be asked to leave the premises.

Thank you for understanding that we are not responsible for the loss of personal items. Any personal items discovered after departure will be safely held for a reasonable amount of time. To ensure privacy, we do not contact guests to notify them that personal items have been left behind. Please contact us to collect the items and we will happily arrange for pick up or shipping. Associated shipping fees will be charged to the guest’s credit card.
